Great customer service
Our delivery didn’t turn up on the booked day so we emailed Go Lounge and received a reply from M Naeem who took charge of the problem promptly and re arrange a new delivery for two days later.
Our lovely OAKLAND sofa is here now and we are so happy with it and especially with the service Michelle provided! Thank you

Amazing!!!

Go Lounge has been amazing, I ordered the wrong side corner and it was no trouble to change it. Very helpful staff a lady called Amy helped me. The WhatsApp is very useful if you have any questions. My new sofa was delivered in perfect condition. The men took it out of the box and put it together where I wanted it, and took all the used boxes and rubbish away with them. Can't recommend sofa club enough!
