At GO LOUNGE you can buy our sofas with confidence, as all of our frames are guaranteed against structural defects for the whole 5 years. (Yes, you heard it right!). As long as the sofa is in the same property we delivered to, your covered!

5 YEAR WARRANTY

All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED?

- Wear & tear

- Misuse (accidental or deliberate)

- Failure to maintain

- Commercial or institutional use

- A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)

- Any item where an alteration has been carried out

- Clearance and/or display products

- Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

Please provide all relevant information; pictures and/or videos of the issues, and a description of the problem. All queries will be responded to by our team within 48 hours.
