Direct from the manufacturer
When you buy from GoLounge, you’re buying directly from the people who make your sofa. It can travel from our workshop to your home without a separate showroom retailer in between.
You can speak to our team about sizes, layouts and fabrics before your sofa is made, and get help with your order afterwards.
Know how delivery will work
We offer free delivery to the UK mainland. Our team will bring your sofa into your chosen room and assemble it.
We aim to deliver within 5–10 working days. Check the timing for your chosen sofa and tell us about any access or parking concerns before ordering.
Buy with confidence
Our sofa frames carry a five-year guarantee against structural defects. Eligible unused items can also be returned within 100 days, subject to our returns policy. Custom orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
If you contact us within 48 hours of delivery because the sofa isn’t right for you, we offer free return collection for an eligible sofa. After those first 48 hours, you can still request a return within 100 days, but collection by our team costs £299. Please check the condition and packaging requirements before ordering.
