Return & Refunds

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?

If you need to return an item because its faulty, and we can not repair or replace it, You will not be charged.

If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, you can return your item to our Outlet Warehouse free of charge. This must be pre arranged, any returns that are not arranged in advance will be rejected.

HOW MUCH DO COLLECTIONS COST?

If you would like us to collect your return, we can send our dedicated collections team for a £299 charge anywhere in the UK. (The collection fee will be deducted from your refund.)

Remember, unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.

Our collections team will inspect the product on site with you to ensure that it meets the criteria.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED...

We do not accept returns under this policy for items that are damaged, worn or have any other defects.

We do not accept return requests for items that have been delivered over 100 days ago.

We do not accept items that are not in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.

We do not accept returns on orders where the returns policy has already been used against a prior purchase for the same customer.

We do not accept returns when we suspect dishonesty or misconduct on your part.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
