10/10 delivery service and quality!

Visited the showroom and saw Naeem who was very helpful, and provided a quote via email and followed up with phone calls to let me know the availability of the sofa I wanted.

Once ordered on a 4 week lead time, I was contacted a couple days in advance of the lead time to arrange a delivery date.

Ordered a couch on Saturdays with delivery delivery for Tuesday ..3 days to deliver a couch wow! (today 27/6/23) read reviews and was worried after reading some recent negative reviews. Pleased to say I ordered my couch got confirmation for delivery Tuesday got to the evening before and as promised got a time a lot for the following day. On the day got a phone call 30 mins prior all delivered and set up with absolutely no issues. I contacted customer service also prior to deliver and got a reply a few hours later. Happy with my couch Ofcourse slightly differ in colour from a photograph looked black online but is more a charcoal grey (my fault for not ordering a sample am still happy the quality is lovely and looks lovely in my room. Would I order from go lounge again ? …… yes I would. Hope this helps!
