Great communication, fast delivery, excellent service. NJaeem was polite, friendly, and careful maneuvering the sofa into the house. Clean and tidy unboxing and installation in quick time. Very comfy sofa, bought online untried, so with fingers crossed. Not at all disappointed in any way. Love it already.

My delivery date has been pushed back 4-5 weeks without letting me know, contact through wattsapp is awful and never get a reply. I would like a call back to see when I will actually receive my order 117860

Brilliant company through and through

Nisa and his colleague were amazing with the delivery and install. A slight difficulty overcome with them figuring it out through previous experience. It was raining but they made sure that nothing got wet or damaged since they had to unbox it outside. That’s Go Lounge for a smooth transaction and the guys who delivered it to Oxford today! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Sofa is very comfy we went for the Olivia cinema sofa and it fits perfect in my living room.

Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
