The service from ordering to delivery…

The service from ordering to delivery was fantastic.
The delivery driver called when they were an hour away, and turned up in less an hour, they were both courteous, polite, and to be quite honest honoured to have the pair delivering my sofas.
I will recommend The Go Lounge to everyone thinking of getting a new sofa

THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND

Called to place an order on Sunday and was told sofa would be delivered in 5-10 days. Received a call on Tuesday to say my sofa would be delivered the next day (amazing). The communication regarding delivery was excellent. The delivery guys Zam and Kabz were fantastic. Came in, set the sofas up, made sure we were happy with everything and took all the packaging and rubbish away with them. Must admit I was slightly cautious ordering online, but, I am really pleased with my sofas and would totally recommend these guys. Fantastic service.
