Buy cheap buy twice joke of a company

Buy cheap buy twice dreadful experience !! The first sofa paid for to be told out of stock !! ( why take the money when you don’t have the item for sale ?? ) bought a more expensive one! The delivery date was confirmed so booked a day off work and waited home all day! The delivery driver phoned me at 4 pm to be told no sofa on the van they got an we attempted to deliver our sofa message 🤬🤬 phoned the shop to be told it was out of stock and tried selling me a third sofa, absolute cowboys!! Avoid like the plague !!!!! 🤬🤬

Pleasant experience all round

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sofa for such a reasonable and affordable price. It was delivered today and it all went well. The sofa itself is excellent and I am very pleased with it.
The 2 delivery men Kab and Khateeb
were extremely pleasant and they assembled it with no issues at all.
Highly recommended all around. Happy customer

Fantastic sofa

Wow, just had our Vancouver 3+1 sofa set delivered. Very well made and very comfortable. Shaz and Faizaan phoned 40 minutes before delivery, once here they got the new sofa into our house removed the old sofa, set them both up, tested, and removed all rubbish within the hour. Fantastic service.

The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Sofa is very comfy we went for the Olivia cinema sofa and it fits perfect in my living room.

Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
