Excellent customer service. The sales people listened to what I wanted, researched it and found just the right mattress. Delivery guys were very polite and friendly and took away the old mattress.

Great customer service from the first chat about whether we could buy a mattress as we were outside their delivery area. Gul from Warren Evans provided us with details of couriers we could use and kept us informed of the progress of our order and delivery.
