Orleans The Simple Style Bed

The bed arrived on time. The guys set the bed up for me. Tidy up afterward.

Excellent service from start to finish. Naeem was very helpful and knowledgeable. Received a text on the morning of delivery day with a 1 hour time slot and it was delivered right on time. The delivery men put the new bed together and took the old one away. Will definitely purchase from here again and highly recommend ORLEANS THE SIMPLE STYLE BED.

The delivery was fine apart from the fact that I didn't receive my bed when I was told that I would receive it, plus no one contacted me to let me know, I had to get in touch with them. The service I had from the Blackburn branch prior to this was much better and I was kept informed.

Had a problem with the mechanism on the bed , replaced new base within a week great service 👍

The delivery was made early as per request. The bed was assembled speedily and all packaging was removed. Careful note was made of positioning the rooms to be ready for my wife's return home from a month in hospital.
