After having severely bad service from another company not related to mattresses in the same week. But here I Received outstanding service Communication all the time. Top knotch treatment. Highly efficient. They just made my week. Absolutely fantastic service from this company. Keep up the good work. It's service like this that makes making big purchases comfortable and easy.

I have dealt with and bought from Go Lounge before. Having returned to the UK, I hunted through my emails as their service and product were so outstanding previously, that I was determined to make use of their services again. I was assisted within a short time, and given great advice. My previous purchase was still on record. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Firstly, I would like to thank Nuala for all her knowledge & information given to us on 22nd August when we came to look at mattresses in Go Lounge in Manchester.
She gave us space to test & make our own choices, & was always around to answer our questions with regard to different makes/ suppliers. We did finish up buying a Harrison Spinks thanks to Nuala’s help.
We received a first-class service, & would highly recommend Go Lounge to give you all the necessary information to make choices in buying a mattress or bed.

We ordered a sFRANCE THE FRENCH WING BED. The delivery was done a week in advance than the promised date. The package came in 7 boxes, very easy to assemble, specially love the locking system enhanced by screws.
Our bedroom is beautifully transformed just by adding this new member furniture in our home.
They have great products and I wish they expand into other furniture areas and not just beds.

Get Go Lounge sell good beds but Panther their chosen delivery company is a nightmare. My bed was delivered on a Monday but minus the base - a huge item that somehow was left on the van!! I was told the missing bed base would be redelivered on Wednesday but Panther came on Tuesday when I was out. Panther couldn't deliver on Thursday so I finally got the base on Friday. Very frustrating, when you have paid someone to come and put the bed together.
