The mattress was delivered at the time agreed by the store where we ordered it from.
It has taken me two or three weeks to get used to the new tension, but I am feeling more comfortable now.

We decided to replace our main kingsize bed with a super kingsize. After online research we knew which manufacturer and we had a good idea of which product. But this was the first time we had bought a bed online. Customer service was knowledgeable, very helpful and first rate. Price was very competitive. Delivery was estimated at three weeks at the earliest and the bed arrived in less than four (with a bank holiday in that period.

We replaced an expensive but old mattress, was unsure what to purchase next. Go Lounge is very comfortable,only drawback is smell of sheep wool but it slowly dissipates. Best purchase for a long time, would highly recommended Go Lounge to anyone.

The sales team were very knowledgable when helping me choose a mattress. Charley went through all the options and what would best suit my bad back. She was very helpful with my ordering a headboard and ottoman base and did not rush me to make a choice as I took a few days to make final decision. The delivery men were very polite and assembled the bed quickly in my bedroom. They got the bed base, mattress and headboard down my very narrow steep basement steps without issue.

We like the beds we bought. The delivery and assembly were good. Only if there are more choices of mattress as we find them too soft.
