Lisbon The Lovely Wing Bed

Excellent five star service. Charley was absolutely wonderful. She is a patient and lovely person. Her skill in customer service was outstanding.
She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service possible, thank you so much Charley. We will be return customers if we need items that Land of beds sell, and we will make sure we ask for Charley.

I initially requested samples on 4th January. I had to call and chase them four times and they did not arrive until 31st January. I should have known at this point not to go through with this order.

I placed the order on 5th Feb expecting a 3-4 week lead time. I called on 4th March to be told that there was a delay and the bed would definitely be delivered on Monday 11th March. I was incredibly disappointed that no one had called to notify me that there would be a delay with my order.

I arranged to have my previous bed collected and taken away so that we could have the new bed delivered. On Friday 8th March I still hadn't had any confirmation of the delivery slot so I called again and was told that the earliest the bed would be delivered was Wednesday. Again, no one called to notify me of this - I had to chase up.

Excellent company and good quality beds. I’ve just recently refurbished my house. Hence we purchased 3 lisbon beds off them. Single, double and king, plus double mattress. One king wall mounted headboard, double winged floor standing headboard and floor standing tall single headboards In beautiful french velvets . I was sent swatches immediately without delay. We had guests coming to stay and told them we would only purchase the beds if they could deliver within 2 weeks time frame. They did exactly that the beds arrived on time they where beautifully made.

Had an issue with a mattress ordered last year and the customer service was fantastic. One phone call to them and an email and everything sorted and a replacement mattress delivered in just a few weeks.
