Fantastic designed unusual headboard which was made to measure to fit wall to wall. UK manufactured that was delivered and fitted in 2 weeks as promised. Great service.

Brilliant company very genuine, despite the long wait times it always worth it when it arrives. Beautiful quality very thick and heavy but the drivers assembled it for a fee thank god!
will deffo be back for more

Having a very specific requirement, king size, ottamon bed, the product looked great on the website.
After numerous attempts to organise delivery, with several promised dates missed we searched for reviews and found these.
We were about to try and cancel the order, but got a call from the courier on Saturday organising delivery between 14:00 & 18:00 today.
The bed arrived at 18:30, and appears to be good quality if not as pictured on the website.
The couriers had obviously had a busy day, which wasn't looking like it was ending soon.
It appears the company are attempting to sort out deliveries so hopefully things will improve, good luck with it guys.

Fantastic service from start to finish, I used the chat option to order swatches, the lady sent me all the greys they had to choose from, ordered our bed online and chose the delivery and set up option, the bed came at the agreed time and date, the delivery men were courteous and professional. The bed is beautiful! Smooth ottoman lift, it’s stunning! We messed up by ordering a mattress from a different company which has made the bed a bit high, but the Go Lounge online customer service lady was so helpful and offered to re do our base as a lower option for only £100 incl delivery, we didn’t go with it as it’s only 2 inches lower but the offer was there with no quibble at all! Can’t recommend enough!

A good company offering a huge range of product. Im especially love their customer service as they help in everything in a calm and kind way. Would recommend for everyone who is looking for the bed where u can really sleep a good one.
