Purchased a bed from this site based on the good reviews however I’m not experiencing what I had read. Poor customer service, no email to confirm purchase or dispatch I had to ask when to expect delivery with a blunt answer of ‘2weeks’ it’s been past 2 weeks and my delivery has been cancelled twice now due to the couriers ‘not having time’ leaving it until the afternoon on the day to inform me this on both occasions. I think maybe the company and couriers need to have better communication between one another. Still awaiting arrival of my bed...

I rang up on Monday looking for a bed for my daughter I ended up ordering one and it turned up on Wednesday I couldn’t believe how quickly it come. The prices were so good I ended up ordering myself an aloe vera mattress which is so comfortable. I will definitely be using Bosh Beds again as the service is excellent

I dealt with Naeem in sales and Mitch in respect of the delivery, which was within a week! Both were professional, friendly and helpful. No hard sell, just honest advice to help me chose the right mattress for my budget. I bought the cashmere mattress which turned out to be far better than I expected, really deep and luxurious. I’ll definitely be returning!!
