Off to a flying start for customer service

The amazing M Naeem helped me with my query around dimensions. I’m no maths genius, but she answered my WhatsApp question with a phone all and didn’t make me feel silly at all. I’m now going to go ahead and purchase the wonderful Galaxy Wool sofa, now that I know it will fit!

Good sofa, if it gets delivered...

he sofas sold are good in quality and design, and customer service is good PRE-SALE.

Once your money is paid however, it is non existent.

I was told my order would arrive on the 14th of June, it did not arrive and I was unable to get any reply from Panther or Go Lounge as to what was happening.
