Excellent customer service (to begin with).
Excellent delivery, the drivers went above and beyond!
Beautiful sofa.

Major downfall was I was never told there could be a delay on the order, which left us 4 week without a sofa!

The lack of communication regarding this also, there was never a response on the wattsapp chat.
