Brillant service

I spoke with the gentleman in the Gateshead metrocentre stand, they didn’t have the sofa I was looking for but he was able to show me the material and how it felt to sit on it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I ordered and received sofa within 4 days which I could not believe, love my sofa and great experience all round!

Best sofa we’ve ever had

We’ve had our 4 seater for almost a year now and it’s not there to look at! We’re actually using it a lot. It is still looking beautiful and it’s huge and comfortable. I of course, give it a weekly plumping treatment as you should. This is the best sofa we’ve ever had and we’re going back to Hertford shop this weekend to buy another for the kitchen. Couple of friends bought theirs from Go Lounge also as they like ours so much and they can’t praise theirs enough. We can’t wait for this weekend to get another.
