Dan S was absolutely brilliant throughout the process of ordering our sofa over the phone.

He was very polite, not pushy, knowledgeable and helpful.

No leather care kits received and all sofas faulty. Worn and excessive creases and marks.

No leather care kits x2 received with order and not documented on delivery men’s notes .

The sofas are all faulty and phoned GL as the delivery men unpacked items. Was not happy as wanted all faulty items to be taken away instead of being built. Contacted GL several times and told sofas would be exchanged. Still awaiting GL to come out to look at sofas although I have already taken pictures of the day of delivery and so did the delivery men .

A Positive Experience

I walked into my local Barnstaple store and was greeted by someone on the shopfloor who asked if I needed any help. I responded I was just looking, and they let me know to give a shout if I needed anything. I was also offered a coffee. I was glad to be given space and time to look around without feeling someone was putting me under pressure.
