Rockford Right Hand Corner Sofa

It was really chilled and efficient. The lady we had was so lovely and chatty and didn’t make us feel awkward at all even though the internet was down. She gave full information and made us feel comfortable.
However, a different lady came over to check on the order and we felt a little pressured as to why we weren’t buying the sofa care package from her
Other than that we had a lovely experience

What a great daunting experience for myself and Children made so much easier by staff member Gareth Griffith's, all questions answered with ease and explanations clear, involved the children in choosing the furniture also which was great, highly recommend furniture shopping here.

When walking into this store it was lovely to see everything laid out nicely and very clean. We were able to look around the store without being pounced on by the staff,( other stores, not GL, when you enter the store staff pounce on you then follow you around the store) When we did see staff members they were very friendly, polite and approachable. Kevin helped us with the purchase of our sofas.
