Great quality & customer service

I had an idea about what I wanted but was unsure. Karen Jade was really knowledgeable about the different ranges and was very patient as we walked up and down the showroom whilst I decided on what I sofa I wanted. Eventually I found a sofa I loved and it's just been delivered (very quickly). I'm really impressed by the quality of the sofa and the customer service I received. :)

Great sofa but a little hard

Very efficient delivery and the delivery guys put it together really quickly. Sofa looks great and seems good quality, it's just not the most comfortable in the world. Hoping it softens up a little over time.
