Had an awful experience with another

Had an awful experience with another, ridiculously more expensive company. Gave Go Lounge a try, the sofa I ordered was supposed to take 3 weeks but after speaking to a customer service agent called Dan, he was able to get my sofa to me in less than a week. The sofa is beautiful and so comfortable and for a lot less than I was willing to pay elsewhere.

Problems solved quickly

My sofa was in 3 different boxes I had a message from the delivery company saying one of them was missing but they would deliver the 2 they have. I contacted Go Lounge and Michelle P handled this fast and quickly, The missing box was found and delivery was made the next day, once it arrived I can’t fault either company the delivery guys were great and put it all together and arranged to where I wanted it. Once they left I noticed one of the cushions had packaging marks once again Michelle p was quick to solve my problem and had a technician(who also give me tips on caring for the type of material our sofa is with having young kids and a dog) sent out to fix this for me. Every thing is how it should be now. We love our new sofa.

I noticed bottom cushion slips forward on sitting. When asked Mark - sale agent in Trafford center - he advices to contact warranty team. Warranty guys says its not covered in the warranty. I have since contacted Sofaclub costomer service and Mark but there is no response. I think i have made a mistake buying their product.

Delivered the chair and once again were two of the best delivery men, polite and very helpful, My wife wants a recliner now and Baz took time to tell her which recliner was best for her needs, even though he had more deliveries to make. Baz also demonstrated how the chair works. will recommend The Go Lounge
