Fantastic quality and value for money

Easy to order chosen sofa(s). Regular updates were received, which is great. Able to choose the delivery dates and they are good at sticking to the allocated time slot. The Guys delivering were friendly and very efficient. The sofa (Bloomsbury) is fantastic quality and value for money.

The whole experience at the sofa shop was 4 star from start to finish.
We travelled to the showroom in Dewsbury lovely show room. Very helpful staff great choice not pushy.lovley sofa comfortable supportive for your back. We chose a dark gregy coler leather has a recliner feature adjustable head rest lights top and bottom. Blue tooth speakers drinks holder/cooler charging port massage function charging port and phone charger .remote. .
We were given a great price as sale for Bank Holiday weekend.
And even without sale a great price. We were given a leather cleaning kit with our order free.
We chose to have insurance this was not pushed it was our choice. Good cover covers everything in a one off payment.
Delivery was fast and efficient in 10 days and to door step also free.
We paid for sofa to be put together which was fine as very techy.
Engineers who put sofa together very professional efficient and tidy. Fegin and MK .
Explained all the features helped with moving furniture etc.
All built with less than an hour.
Overall an excellent experience and happy with the quality of the products. Show room and delivery and assembly.

Great delivery although small damage to the wall but handled with care. A sofa is exactly as expected perfect size and color are perfect! Not as soft as some sofas I’ve sat on but still comfy and feels expensive would definitely buy from Go Lounge again
