Love our sofas

Love our sofas. Stylish, comfy and the quality is high for the price. They look and feel like expensive sofas. Delivery was straightforward (and on a Sunday) and having someone build your sofa and take away the packaging is such a touch. I also had amazing customer service from Michelle P. I love that the owners are people and not a board. This was our first time buying and it won’t be the last.

Amazing sofa

Amazing sofa! Great delivery drivers. They had to squeeze the sofa up some very tight stairs that only just fit, they kept trying and trying until they finally got it up the stairs. Most delivery drivers would have given up as we were their last stop. Amazing service, even assembled this for us also. Thank you x

I ordered the Verona Scatter back sofa and it is beautiful. We wanted to build it ourselves and it was a bit tricky fitting it together but once done it looks incredible. I arranged delivery last week for this weekend and it came on time.
After reading all the negative reviews on Trustpilot I was worried about ordering from this company but I have no complaints at all. Very happy.

Amazing sofa

Although the sofa was delayed twice due to weather and other things. The customer service was great. Always kept up to date and always there to answer questions. The sofa is amazing and highly recommend Go Lounge for anyone looking for decent quality and good price.

The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Sofa is very comfy we went for the Olivia cinema sofa and it fits perfect in my living room.

Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
