Galaxy wool corner sofa scatter back

Ordered a sofa around 2 years ago. No issues until recently the frame has an issue I sent images in. I was under the impression that anything frame related was sorted. However this isn’t the case I was advised to go to a third party I would have to pay with my own money to get someone out to have a look then they would decide if I was eligible for a new one.

I was very concerned about ordering from this company because of the bad reviews. I spoke with Naeem before ordering and she offered all the reassurance I needed.

She kept an eye on my order and everything when very smoothly.

Lots of communications around the delivery on the day I’d requested. Guys installed and took packaging with them.

Fast and efficient service. Had some teething problems with delivery (which to be honest was a lot sooner than I had originally thought) but Michelle dealt with it promptly and all sorted. Lovely sofa. Would absolutely recommend it!!!

From the moment we entered the store we were approached by Pete. He introduced himself and asked if we need any help to ask, he was not pushy at all. We were keen on one particular sofa, left the store and returned almost immediately after making our decision. We were then assisted by Julia who was also very helpful with her advice. We went ahead with our purchase and overall were delighted with the service provided.
