We were able to browse the store trying out sofas and making a decision before being approached by friendly staff with the knowledge to answer all our questions and help us make the final choice. Everything was quick and effortless. Lovely and relaxed even with out toddler getting restless

I have just had delivery of my SLOANE LARGE 1C2 DOUBLE CORNER SOFA.
Delivery was excellent communication from the guys fegin and jeeby was great.
Installation brilliant was glad i paid for the install the guys were great realy helpfull very polite

Today, we visited Sofology in Enfield, using the postcode on line for directions. What a disappointment, the destination local football stadium
Not a very happy customer when I walked through the door but, this was turned around by Diane who listened to our woes & didn’t interrupt she genuinely cared
100% customer service from this sales lady, her knowledge of the products was amazing
She guided us through all the answering competently the important questions we were asking

The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Sofa is very comfy we went for the Olivia cinema sofa and it fits perfect in my living room.

Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
