Great communication, fast delivery, excellent service. NJaeem was polite, friendly, and careful maneuvering the sofa into the house. Clean and tidy unboxing and installation in quick time. My delivery date has been pushed back 4-5 weeks without letting me know, contact through wattsapp is awful and never get a reply. I would like a call back to see when I will actually receive my order 117860

Brilliant company through and through

Nisa and his colleague were amazing with the delivery and install. A slight difficulty overcome with them figuring it out through previous experience. It was raining but they made sure that nothing got wet or damaged since they had to unbox it outside. That’s Go Lounge for a smooth transaction and the guys who delivered it to Oxford today!
