What amazing experiences I have had to today, I received my sofa today on time with 2x polite lovely delivery men. Assembled my sofa and took rubbish away. Shortly after I noticed a small marking, I was able to make contact with human haha to speak to Michelle P. Who responded quickly and efficiently to the issue with no problems , we came to and agreement plus I received my refund all within one day. I couldn’t have asked for a better service thank you so much!
