Great communication

I've contacted this company on two separate occasions and on both occasions I spoke with Kinski. On both occasions she was very helpful and resolved my query with good timing and great efficiency. Her communication skills were on point. Thank you so much Kinski, you were a great help.

Sofa great , delivery experience shocking

Very happy with the sofa thank you

But the delivery service was shocking
10 hours late and no valid communication
My Wife waited in all day not knowing what was happening, even after chatting online with there helpline

The quality is good and I'm happy with my sofa, although we had a few issues along the way. My sofa had a few fixable defects and thanks to a very quick reaction from Michelle P it was solved in about two weeks (the waiting time for a technician). The delivery was fast as well

Good product but poor service

Good product, the footstool is bigger than I imagined. The service of 24hrs delivery was not followed through; though I had issues with the postal address, for some weird reason, after it was addressed, no one updated it and therefore, it wasn't sent out for delivery.
The WhatsApp LIVE CHAT does not live up to its name. I had to wait for hours sometimes before i was returned to

The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Sofa is very comfy we went for the Olivia cinema sofa and it fits perfect in my living room.

Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
