Great customer service

Great customer service. Delivery was as per the scheduled time.
Delivery was a little challenging. The driver was keen to provide good customer service. However the assistant was a little reluctant. That aside. Once I discussed the delivery process and how it would fit the delivery went well.

What an amazing experience from start…

What an amazing experience from start to finish! We found our sofa in the Gateshead shopping precinct on a weekend away. We loved the sofa, went home and measured up and ordered the next day hoping for a delivery in a months time - the sofa was ready in less than a week! We agreed the delivery date with the company after ordering and they delivered 1st thing in the morning on the agreed date and they did not disappoint. The sofa is amazing, great quality, looks perfect, exactly the right colour and we could not be happier. The delivery guys were fantastic, very professional and friendly and did an all round great job. Could not be happier and would definitely 100000% recommend this company
