Really pleased with my purchase
Really pleased with my purchase. We wanted to bring the indoors outside and couldn’t find anywhere that designed an chair foot tool for outdoors other than sofa club. Cristian took the time to call and discuss the concept behind his designs and Jack provided excellent service and was so patient throughout the purchase. Delivery was quick and guys set up the sofa and took away all the boxes with them. I would highly recommend.

My mothers sofa was due for delivery…

My mothers sofa was due for delivery today…I used the WhatsApp link to communicate as it’s apparently manned mon-sat 9-5 and I am struggling with more than an initial response that informed me that the sofa was delayed due to lack of stock and yet unless I had of asked for an update on the time slot for today, we would be unaware that it wasn’t being delivered at all!

I ordered the Olivia Chair foot tool colour in Roof Top about a week ago. It was delivered yesterday! Amazing service with regular updates from Go Lounge and the delivery service Panther. The sofa is extremely comfortable and looks great.

Very easy to order and was glad of the quick delivery. Due to past experiences I was a bit hesitant or not it was going to reach me on time. The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
