How Do I Make A Claim?

We have an online, dedicated Warranty Team that can assist you with any problems you may have with your product. You can contact us by using the form at the bottom of this page. Please provide all relevant information; pictures and/or videos of the issues, and a description of the problem. All queries will be responded to by our team within 48 hours.

100 Day Returns close

If you are not 100% happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you will receive a full refund on the day of collection! We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 100 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299. For Full details please visit our page
