We arrived at the store late in the day, quite close to closing time but our sales lady Jenny was more than happy to help and spend time with us until we decided on which sofa to order.

Great experience, non-pushy staff

GL is one of only a few stores that DON'T 'pounce' on you as you walk in the door and then proceed to follow you around the store. They DO introduce themselves and let us know they are there if we need any help. We found this to be the case on our last visit too. Very friendly, polite staff who are not pushy with their sales. Darren served us this time and offered us great advice whilst listening to our needs.
