Be cautious

Paid £99 for delivery for the delivery partner to bring in the box - didn’t unpack, take rubbish or attach legs. Sounds minor but after waiting months for a sofa, paid a bit for delivery I should have got what I paid for. Contacted Go Lounge - basically said “sorry speak to the delivery company” - they also said “sorry”, would have liked a token £10 or something to apologise but nothing.

Also the quality of the sofa is nothing like what you see if the pop up shops, the foam really flattens, there is no support, the build of the actual sofa is quite flimsy. Overall for the cost I should have gone to a proper shop, I’m really not impressed after reading such good reviews.

Would I recommend? If you need a sofa for 2 years then yes, if you want to invest I would say go elsewhere
