Fantastic service from start to finish

antastic service from start to finish. Quick delivery, good communication, friendly and efficient delivery drivers and a very competitive price (although £100 delivery did seem quite expensive)

Wouldn’t hesitate to use Go Lounge again in the future.

Incredible service - above expectations

Really helpful service from the sales person at the Trafford Centre, then we had the sofa delivered by the following weekend. Communication from the delivery drivers was really good and they brought the sofa in, assembled it and took all the packaging away. I was actually quite shocked as I know sofa deliveries can be tricky, but the whole process was a breeze! The sofa (Verona) is also super comfortable - I’ve barely left it all weekend!

The delivery guys were brilliant, I had just got a new carpet and they were happy to put on shoe covers while they unwrap my sofa. Sofa is very comfy we went for the Olivia cinema sofa and it fits perfect in my living room.

Had the Bishop u shaped sofa delivered yesterday. Lovely couch, the price and quality are unbelievable. Delivery men were really helpful. Unpacked everything and arranged the couch. Offered to take the packaging away but decided to keep it just in case I needed to return. Gave delivery time slot night before and rang half hour before to confirm all ok.

My sofa came this morning and I've got to say that it's absolutely beautiful! I bought the Olivia cinema sofa in plush steel and its beautiful. The sofa is so luxurious and when you sit on it, it bounces straight back to it's original form when I get up, which is what makes a great quality sofa!
